Where would you like to grow today?
Are you ready to enjoy coming to work every day? Work on the latest technologies? Experience a variety of network setups and line of business applications? Work with a team of like-minded technicians who believe “their problem is our problem” when technical issues affect our partners?
TLC Tech was founded in 2004 by Michael Nelson just when small businesses were beginning to outsource their IT—not just to an outside vendor, but to outside the country. He realized that there was a niche to be filled in Sacramento; small businesses needed a local partner who understood the unique needs of their individual business, allowing them to focus on the important day to day of their business, and not worry about their IT. For them, it just works.
Our partner list includes attorneys, accountants, manufacturing and distributing companies, and non-profit entities, among many others. The wide variety of the businesses our partners engage in means that there’s never a dull day, and that there is always something new to do, whether it be implementing a new software solution, to building the infrastructure for an entirely new company.
Internally, we are committed to our core values—we strive to provide extraordinary support to our partners, in an enjoyable work environment, focused on teamwork and accountability as we look towards the future and the growth that is possible. As we grow our team, we’re looking for individuals who want to working together with others to solve the problems our partners bring to us, and who want to grow, working to reach their personal and professional goals.
Currently, we are accepting applications for the the positions listed below:
We are looking for a Project Engineer who is able to look at the “big picture” of a network installation, how it breaks down into smaller projects, and how decisions today impact the work done tomorrow. While working closely with our Project Manager, the right person will want to own the project, focusing on making sure our partner’s needs are met, while making sure the project is profitable. Additionally, the Project Engineer will be integral in spearheading the implementation of new technology initiatives.
