Fun Facts:

What is your favorite family tradition?

My favorite tradition is one that I began when I became an adult. During the holiday season, I love attending the Nutcracker ballet. If I get really lucky, I am able to find a performance that has a live orchestra for the show.

What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time?

I go to school full time in my spare time. I am expecting to get my Bachelor’s for IT Management in 2018.

What was the worst punishment you received at school?

When I was in grade school, my friend and I had our parents called because we had pulled a dead Christmas tree across the road at our bus stop. We thought that the tree would block the bus from driving to school, so we would get the day off. It did not occur to us that if two kids can pull the tree onto the road, an adult would have no problem pulling it right back off.

What is the best perk that you have had at a job?

The best perk I have ever had at any job is participation in goal setting sessions for personal success. This is at TLC Tech, which is one of the many reasons I love my place of employment!

What’s the most incredible view you’ve ever seen? This would have been in Ohio, on a warm summer night stargazing. I lived near Lake Erie, so there was no light pollution, making each and every star stand out.

What was your all-time, best-ever Halloween costume? I believe I was 10 years old, and we handmade a tin man costume from the Wizard of Oz. I had silver paint in my hair for weeks!

What’s your favorite recipe? I love making a caramel apple pie from scratch. I make a sugary dough from a recipe I found from Emeril, but of course added more sugar to it. The caramel apple filling is a Food Network recipe I had found online. But combined, it is delicious!
