Meet Matt Long, One Of TLC’s Sacramento Tech Service Professionals

We are excited to put the spotlight on yet another one of our TLC team members: Matt Long!

For two years, Matt has been a Sr. Technician, playing an important role in how our company supports our clients’ most important technologies. As a Sr. Tech, Matt directly influences how our clients’ IT systems operate. He actively contributes to troubleshooting, project work, and more.

“I like the challenge of solving complex problems and resolving critical issues with our partners and vendors,” says Matt. “I’m looking forward to getting to know our partners more and showcasing my technical skills.”

Before working with TLC, Matt started his tech career at Best Buy as a salesman in the computer department and quickly worked his way up to the GeekSquad. After that, he worked for Apple at the Elk Grove campus and worked with a managed service provider.

He gained extensive experience supporting networks, software, and server issues. In addition to his time in the field, Matt holds an associate’s degree in Computer Science and is Mac certified.

Matt enjoys playing guitar, video games, and obsessing over movies and TV shows in his spare time.
